Pros
The only good thing I can really say about the place is that they have a great benefits package. They pay in full for premiums for the employee and their family. That is rare in the current market place.
Cons
They don't care about their employees. Management literally told me that they didn't care about their staff as reflected by the very high turnover rate. Management yells, and screams, and curse in the office. I have seen several employees break down crying and others punch walls. It's unbelievable. There is no work-life balance and they give your grief about using your time off. A highly stressful place to work.
