      The salary is roughly fair

      Cons

      Since the merge, there have been two rounds of mass layoffs and such significant attrition that the company really felt it. Most of the knowledge has left. Now, everything is driven by foolish decisions, customers don’t matter, and internal employees are being fired so they can hire people from external companies for the same roles.

      Friendly colleagues and helpful managers. Lots of learning opportunities and training. Flexible working hours and nice environment. Good experience for career development.

      Cons

      High pressure and unrealistic sales targets. Low salary compared to the workload. Limited opportunities to grow long term. Management communication could be better.
