Competitive compensation: I’ve compared salaries across numerous companies before applying to work here and none of them could compare. Good amount of flexibility when it comes to scheduling. You can expect to put in extra hours to stay up to date on projects, but for the most part my work/life balance has remained phenomenal. Work with an excellent team of professionals with years of industry experience. I was still relatively new to the field coming in, and having their guidance has been invaluable to me.

The staff are all nice people.

The owner, Mirela, is the worst boss you will ever have. I mean that. It doesn't matter how desperate you are for money or even just experience, do not get it here. She doesn't provide employee benefits even though she will lie to you in the interview and tell you that she does. Taking time off is like pulling teeth. I have never seen such a terrible work environment before. She yells at the staff constantly and micromanages your work even when you have a separate manager. She has written all of the 5 star reviews.
