      Love how helpful the placement staff is.

      Cons

      Having to wait awhile to hear back about a job. That is on the families not the placement team though.

      Pros

      This is a great company. They offer training and support their sitters, the pay is reasonable and the office is always helpful if you run into any issues. Keep in mind you’re working as a contractor, so have to take out your own taxes. But you get to work your own hours, make it a side job or full time if you want.
