Pros
Some really cool, smart, passionate people work here. The work they do is pretty fascinating. They're pretty flexible with working hours, however you may be being watched.
Cons
Seems like there's no room for growth in terms of career and pay. They ask you if you can commit 10+ years of your life to the company early on, but don't have much reason to stay at the company other than loyalty. The employees that work hard there deserve better. There's definitely office politics at play, and because most of the company's age range is above 30, they're not comfortable with people speaking against the status quo despite saying otherwise. There's no HR 'department', and no confidentiality. In addition, project management was a nightmare, a lot of miscommunication and lack of tracking for such a small company. Employees seemed frustrated and overworked, many often staying 8+ hours to work on projects.
