Cons
Rapid growth has caused a need to revert back to basics on some fundamental practices and principles. Timescales and pace of business can sometimes be viewed as slow or frustrating for some joining from other companies or industries. However, a lot of focus is being applied here to change traditional cultures and become more agile.
