Pros
- Modern campus with great facilities and equipment provided. - Lots of training provided and investment in you as a professional. - Excellent IT infrastructure, well organised documentation and material. - (Naturally I have not done this yet myself, as I have only just started) but there are many possibilities to move within the company between departments and grow new skills. Which is a surprising perk for a company of this size. - For my role, I would say there is clearly defined path, getting to where I want to be and growing the skills I needed. - Good culture amongst workforce.
Cons
I have just started, and am yet to experience any particular cons. If I must nominate something, there is a lot to learn at the beginning, regarding the many programs and processes (for my role anyway) but you will get very good training and documentation learning how to use them, and plenty of time to get up to speed too.
