Pros
Everyone will help you if needed. I run lots of Group projects and I'm always amazed at how generous people are with their time. I've been given opportunities to manage projects as soon as I joined the company. It illustrated a high level of trust from my manager in my ability. My UK HR team are brilliant. And my own Group specialist team are full of professional, experienced people who are driven by their passion to press for culture change via our specialist area. On boarding experience for new joiners is brilliant. A lot of thought and attention has gone into helping new joiners settle quickly. People in the company genuinely care about Social Responsibility and Inclusion. This is probably one of the best companies I've worked in that authentically live their Inclusion commitment. There is much more to do, but senior leadership are committed to accelerating progress in 2025. Oh. In interests of providing a rounded assessment of my experience so far, the onsite restaurant facilities and coffee bar are great. Lovely choice of options and v reasonably priced.
Cons
IT is awful and pretty frustrating at times. You have to accept this, or else you'll drive yourself bananas. Parking is a nightmare if you arrive on site shortly after 9am. Structure can feel a little hierarchical.
