      Pros

      Very interesting projects to work on. Good opportunities for career development. Lots of training available. Friendly and experienced colleagues. Easy to get help and support on projects from colleagues. Very flexible in terms of working hours and working from home.

      Cons

      They use hot desks which you have to book in advance, which personally I'm not a fan of, I prefer to have a fixed desk. However you can block book a desk for a number of months in advance. This is just down to personal preference really. You use the same laptop for working in the office as you do for working from home. If you want to work from home but you don't have your laptop with you then you have to go into the office. I'd prefer to have separate laptops for home and office working.

      An international company that gives you amazing opportunities for international exposure (either short or long term secondment in France, UK, Italy or Germany). Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Fantastic company to work for. Great Benefits. Relaxed Atmosphere 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
