      Pros

      The company really listens to employees and everyone's views are valued. The HR team is invested in its people and we feel gratified by the work we do. The on-site facilities are great - an excellent gym with workout classes and new equipment is available and a subsidised canteen which provides food from around the world. Flexible/dynamic working works really well and we see all our employees getting a lot of value from this way of working.

      Cons

      Some connectivity issues but these are quickly resolved. More coffee shops/vans around site would be great!

      Pros

      An international company that gives you amazing opportunities for international exposure (either short or long term secondment in France, UK, Italy or Germany). Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for. Great Benefits. Relaxed Atmosphere 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
