I went in as a junior dev. Coming from another country, they still hired me and gave me an equal chance to prove myself. Most companies would not do that. Tightly knit team with really good people, very experienced senior devs both frontend and backend and so friendly that will answer your questions no matter how many. Everybody is friendly and you'll get the benefit to meet everyone since it's an open space office.
