Benefits and pay are horrible. Worst hiring process ever seen. If you disagree with Management you will get fired. You cannot trust absolutely no one related to management because over there everyone is too busy trying to keep their own job in order to not get fired. It is like working under a dictatorship. Be open to never be or feel accomplished no matter if you do. No one will pad your back. Meaning don't expect a "good job" expression. Very discouraging work environment.

Small/second chance employer who is felony friendly. President is easy to access, small group of leaders, relaxed atmosphere but very results driven.

Lack of people management experience on department leads lead to multiple personnel issues.
