Very knowledgeable staff at one point in time. Clean work environment. Friendly staff on the floor.
Cons
Extremely poor management skills throughout the senior management team. Senior management is also very lacking in knowledge of the required manufacturing processes required for the type of work done by this company. Very cut throat atmosphere at times.
