- Wages are based on a leveling system, anyone can ask to level up and do a little skills interview that's very reasonable to pass. Level one is 12/hr, two is 13/hr, three is 14/hr, four is 15/hr. - Great learning environment - Networking with their clients is encouraged and many apprentices are hired out by clients theyve worked with. - Insanely flexible - great atmosphere
Cons
- You are working with beginners so some projects come with a lot of "Baggage" in terms of the code you "inherit" but thats to be expected with this model and is fine. - Some small projects don't receive the management that bigger ones get
