No understanding of software engineering. Unqualified leadership team. Unqualified Engineering leadership. Product team are tech support reps that wannabe engineers. Legacy folks killed the current app stack by pure arrogance & lack of skill set. I mean that exactly as said, they broke it in an unfix-able way due to arrogance & total incompetence.
