Lack of competent management equals relaxed rules

Burn and turn employer that use up employees and then replace them. Lack of training and competent management leads to constant miscommunication. A culture of extreme religion where you are either part of the same group or left out in the cold. Management is never on time for meetings and makes it clear that your time is unimportant compared to their’s.
