      There are not a ton of pros. A company truck is a plus.

      Cons

      Honestly the cons start at the CEO level. He is unpredictable and a terrible communicator. He has wild mode swings and makes understanding the day to day priorities impossible. They often post date checks so you do not get paid on time. Sometime direct deposit and sometimes check. They will always make excuses’s about why.

      Has core values that they stand behind, super understanding, and great people to work for and with.

      If you are not willing to work hard and do not have grit, this is not the place for you.

      It is challenging to find a lot of pros to speak of.

      Cons

      1. Inconsistencies in management this stems from the CEO downward. 2. Extremely high turnover, Outside of a part time person and one other person no one has been there over 2 years 3. They will often post date checks so you can not cash them on your scheduled pay date 4. Ownership is a core value however only if you are not the CEO.
