      Make great friendships with your co-workers

      Cons

      Have to work at least 2 years or more to get offered employment for BMW. Once they hire you, you go on a 90 day probation even if you already worked there 2 years or more. Try to blame everything on the production worker if there is any kind of problem on the cars.

      The pay is decent but you have to work crazy hours to make any money

      Cons

      EVERYTHING, WHEN you go for the "orientation your told you work from 6-230. Once you get in you find out it's 6-430 with also being told you have to work Saturday
