Pros
HSA contribution by company of $600 per quarter for each person covered under the health care plan is something I've never seen or heard of anywhere else. Good pay. Unlimited vacation. Great and experienced coworkers. Cool, high technology software solutions.
Cons
Being a a small start-up company with between 300-400 employees, they sought growth but the last year or so I was there, we didn't seem to get big contracts or a lot of contracts. There were three unannounced layoffs, one every 6 months, in which it seems about 10 employees or so were let go. Employees with the least amount of seniority/tenure seemed affected the most.
