Family atmosphere created by owners Well made investments on unique in-house capabilities ensures good first impressions with potential clients Agility in adjusting to market.
Cons
Poorly defined roles Responsibility wasn’t accompanied by the same level of authority Support infrastructure in-situ was 100% rescinded from initial agreement. Ex-situ support was unprepared for client due diligence. Followed classic case of other companies trying to enter mainland Chinese market - pulled out right after the first “get-to-know-you” phase.
