No life outside of work, treats full time contractors like outsiders. Managers always saying they’ll convert you to full time but never have the budget. Illegally asks you to leave early so they don’t have to pay overtime hours you work throughout the week. ZERO benefits (no paid sick days, public holidays, paid time off, no health insurance, no retirement.) contracting company benefits vary (if even offered). HR does not care or check in. Sad pay for working full time. Full time employees take years to get promoted so it’s hard for spots of open up for contractors to get the opportunity to join.
