Pros

It’s definitely a high-paced environment with a lot of work, I wouldn’t have it any other way. The workload can be intense, but it also means there’s tons of room for learning and professional growth. I’ve gained skills and knowledge here that I couldn’t have learned anywhere else. The culture is a huge highlight – it’s supportive, collaborative, and makes the challenges feel more manageable. Leadership encourages continuous improvement and is always open to new ideas, which has been incredibly motivating. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and are looking for a place where you can grow fast, this is it.

Cons

If you have a growth mindset, there are no cons

Pros

fine compensation, okay benefits, fully remote.

Cons

The culture here is of lying, and deceiving employees. They promised us yearly bonuses if the company does well, which it did both years I was there. But no bonuses were given out, in fact they gaslit us and said we don't do bonuses. They had been promising growth of the company and new hires since I joined 2 years ago, but they had no intention of doing that. After reading other reviews of this place sharing this exact sentiment, I'm sure of this. In my 2 years there they hired and fired 9 people. And the company only consisted of 12 people at the time I left. There's absolutely no stability, or a clear plan for the future. Developers are treated like outsiders where it's them against everyone else in the company. From keeping a spreadsheet of the "mistakes" developers make (which they're not allowed to access), to putting every piece of blame on them. It's always the developer's fault even if other team members overlook details and it passes their QA. Accountability is one thing, but putting 100% blame on 1 person while there are other people also involved in the process can really make you feel like it's you against them. Never felt settled. Never felt secure there. There is no support for you. The developers have no representation, while the management team keeps making assumptions as if they know what goes on on the dev side of things.
