Pros

Most of the people are really great. There are training opportunities that will get you raises, but it's not much of a raise and management drags their feet for months scheduling certifications. It's a decent job to get you into the industry and gain experience.

Cons

We are drastically underpaid in an environment that will only ever become more demanding. One hostile employee has been kept on the team despite numerous serious incidents and complaints. Due to their position, I don't ever see that changing.

Pros

Hour lunch break, okay-ish pay, simple tasks, good pto, insurance, and vacations

Cons

I had long hours that took my full day. No way to go up really from the position you are hired in on. I had very little training to the point that people repeatedly asked me " they still didn't train you on this??" 6 months after working there. If you mess up your work or something happened that directly effected you work don't expect to hear about it. Lots of inappropriate talking about alcohol and lady parts. During the virus outbreak (covid 19) I had a fever and was instructed to go and work from home for two weeks, check in everyday. 3 days in and I checked in with my manager to be scolded and told that I need to come in . Upon coming in I was told that that was never said that even though they gave me bag to make sure I took everything I needed (funny huh?) I was doing a great job for my first 5 months. The entry work piled up and I heard coworkers complain about me not entering everything that came in before my shift was over. This caused me to feel bad about me, my work, and my coworkers. I started to rush myself so atleast I'd get it all done by the time I left! Well I then started to get yelled at for making mistakes. I was constantly trying to balance the happiness of the managers and of my coworkers. No one was happy and my coworkers continued to belittle me and make snarky comments about how my work isn't done. The work environment became tense and I went home crying often. On top of trying to get all the entering done well and right I was piled on with a lot of other tasks that no one was happy with, even at one point I was downstairs throwing away old files exactly as instructed per one manager and my other manager said "I don't know why you thought it was okay." (To do it the way I was). I started wearing headphones at work to block all my coworkers out so maybe I can work right! My manager would often sass me about it to go as far as to whisper under her breath "of course she has those f in headphones in". Point blank - very harsh environment if your not a privlaged woman. Don't wear head phones and the manager is very fake. Makes me sad that the fired me because I loved the work and the customers but I'm only one person and this didn't make me loose my pride.
