Decent processes in place to do role, could be improved, but very good compared to early-stage startups - Solid feedback sessions with direct manager - Easy value proposition to understand, has a product that companies are willing to pay for, bodes well for future short term stability

- Relatively minor but would like to see people operations growth, small things like better systems/tools to manage PTO, more formal HR processes, etc. Overall things are good though.

Immediate impact, even at the analyst level. Executive exposure — you get to interact with people that analysts at many other companies wouldn’t have access to. Great culture and benefits.
