Great compensation, beautiful store, nice employees in other locations

You’re almost never able to sell on the floor. You’ll be doing stock transfers and ship outs the majority of your time. Owners were supportive but “corporate” needs to go. Nothing ever got done if they were involved with it. Be prepared to take care of your own problems within the store. Was verbally offered growth opportunities in the company multiple times and nothing ever happened.

Nice clients, beautiful view, some nice people to work with

Unprofessional, rude, hypocritical, and full of themselves owners. They don’t set a leadership example and rules don’t apply to them. Little to no support and spent 60 to 70 percent of time doing stock work.
