Pros

I was working as a Systems Engineer for the last two years and first of all, this is not a software development role. You will be working as an IT support team member resolving issues and managing the infrastructure, hardware, etc which constitutes 70% of the job. So if you are into software development and experienced then avoid as it is a monotonous job. Here are the Pros according to me: 1. Good learning only if you are an enthusiast 2. Certification Reimbursement policy 3. Bi-annual appraisal cycle

Cons

1. This job is a dead-end for growth as unless you move out or you join the software team (chances of which are very less) you will be working on the same monotonous task forever. 2, The management is not at all friendly as the CEO's mentality is very shallow and for him, we are his servants, so expect stress, extended working hours, and no appreciation from the management. 3. No allowances or reimbursement for PST shifts, Food, etc. You will be working 6 days a week and sometimes they call you on Sunday too, so forget work-life balance. 4. During the interview they will say you will work on the cloud, Power BI, Power Apps, etc but these skills are just 20% of our work, your main task is to install OS, manage hardware, resolve issues of a software developer but for these tasks, there is no recognition. 5. You will regret why you didn't join as an SE1 as you will be paid less and they have better perks At last, unless you are in dire need of a job do not join as Systems Engineer and if you have joined try to move out within 2 years else you will be stagnant there also do not trust the 4-5 star reviews try to read 2-3 star reviews as the tell the real story

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
