Pros

- The learning that glassdoor reviews should be taken seriously - that is the biggest take away (Though beware of the fake reviews which the management asks some employees to write or they even themselves write it!) It used to boast of good peers sometime back but the way it has continued to spoil its culture has made sure that even that is no more true. Everyone is searching out and leaving the company.

Cons

The fact that management itself writes own reviews shows what the company is. More so because a client had refused to continue with them after going through the internet reviews. Horrible culture - micromanagement to the core which runs from top to bottom, you are just another replaceable employee who can be kicked out anytime on slightest of issues like not coming to office on time, irrespective of when you joined or how you performed. Because according to them, they can easily hire your replacement and rather have trends towards downsizing. There was even a time when they forced people send screenshots of job referrals posted in their alumni groups because that’s the trust they have on their own brand. Overall, it truly was some crucial time wasted.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
