- fun group of people - have a lot of work to keep people busy

- No actual HR department - No due process for employment termination - care more about the bottom line than the people it takes to reach it - Leadership does not speak with each other. Will be sent in circles when asking questions. - Higher ups expect a lot of employees but don’t accommodate to employees request in order to better work.
