Pros

Management is mostly always available to help, I’m comfortable going to them if I have problems or questions. Lots of opportunity for growth new jobs are always posted.

Cons

Calls can come in all at once sometimes, you may be assigned to multiple phone skills and they don’t ask if you want to be trained they tell you when you’re training and that’s it. PTO system is frustrating, you are only allowed so many hours per year and if you go over that you risk termination regardless of the reason. You’re expected to not go over 2 minutes when notating after a call, if you go over it will ruin your stats. Pushy when it comes to making goals.

Infrastructure is a little far behind. It can take weeks to get a piece of software installed. Also aggressive deadlines at times
