Pros
Key Account/Regional managers are very supportive. Technical leads available to facilitate new designs and testing. Excellent training received at main company locations in Germany. Company car, computer and cell phone provided. Great opportunity to work with interesting, cutting edge technology in precision cutting tools.
Cons
Upper management too focused on the financial aspect. Growth seems to outpace ability to service customers. May be "downsized" abruptly with no notice.
