      Pros

      ManTech has embraced the mantle of DEI. I am warmed by the type and depth of the activities we do here, and how celebrated we all are in our various diversity dimensions. I see ManTech being my employer for some time.

      Cons

      If I had to say one con, it is that I'd like to see more representation up and throughout the management ladder.
