Pros
This has been my first real major contracting company. They have been amazing and I love what the company has to offer. From just being an entry level IT guy, I can honestly say from my office leadership to the bigger heads who run the contract. These guys are amazing! Work life balance is amazing and they are very understanding. If you have an emergency just let them know, If you're sick they understand, if you need to leave early they'll let you leave early. Company is great overall and this is most likely just my contract specifically but the fact that I know that at least one of their contracts are running amazingly gives me hope for others. In this case unfortunately the contract is ending and I would love to continue my employment with Mantech but I guess I'll see if this review will carry on through my next contract if I get to stay!
