      Pros

      - Large, stable company - Variety of projects if you desire change - The benefits are good. - For a large government contracting company, they're pretty good.

      Cons

      There is a lot of talk about retention, but not much is done for it. After a few years working here, I'm making well below market value and I have a lot to gain by changing jobs, despite liking it here.
