      Pros

      Benefits were good if you were a full time employee.

      Cons

      Some positions had no room for advancements. IE Logistics Tech II. Property accountability was supposed to a number one priority, however it lacked leadership backing and the personnel to track is correctly. Leave for hourly employees only being accrued on your so called anniversary date instead of per paycheck.
