Culture is collaborative and mentor-based, benefits were good (health, dental, EAP, 401K). Co-workers were friendly, professional and supportive. If you are laid off due to funding cuts, their Mobility Program is a great way to see what positions are available within the company, and the recruiter can get you to the front of the line if you're qualified. Cons
The life of a government contractor isn't an easy one - contracts with the Government are always in flux, and funding for positions is always in question. My position was cut due to funding, so I know this firsthand.
