Cons
Frustrated by the lack of progression this company offers you. They will tell you at interview how good they are and keep bragging about all the awards they keep winning and why they are the best, but in reality most security guards at least 80% are struggling to survive receiving poverty wages. I can not ever remember this company doing a pay appraisal review in all the 31 years it has been trading. They think that winning awards for having the best electric car fleet or showing off with a full size pool table in the office makes them great. It seems they are only feeding each others big false egos whilst they pay staff a pittance does not impress me. If you make a positive suggestion or raise intelligent ideas in any meeting your automatically talked down to in a condescending way and silenced as if your a nobody and dirt on the bottom of their shoe. Really don’t like anyone apart from managers or family members giving opinions. On the surface this company portrays themselves as great and in top 30 security providers, but the ratings are very poor across numerous websites. Staff are too frightened to say anything in fear of losing their jobs.
