Competitive salary and really great benefits for a small company. Company is growing. I get to partner with other local, state and community resources to move the needle. Great opportunity for expanding my network base.
Cons
Small company. If you are used to a large organization it is a paradigm shift. However, if you can handle it, you see the results of your work. Growing pains. As the company grows, there is change. With change comes challenges. However, the leadership team has been good with listening to input, transparency and understanding that sometimes change is not easy. The other side looks bright though!
