Pros

their contract to start off with might look attract very good insurance coverage (insurance company based in france - you might lost some translation fee from EUR to HKD if you wish to make a claim)

Cons

They apparently said you would be assigned to a senior who would provide you with some guidance and provide training, but in fact, there is 1) No Training at all, 2) guidance are just to tell you to follow exact what client says and no other advise. Most of the "senior members" exaggerate their level of knowledge, although one/two of them might be actually knowledgable (but these are rare) According to colleagues and own experience, they have not respected and in some cases exploited your labour (especially on fulfilling their promise: especially on claims or expenses) Have payment problems with: salary and HK mpf (I heard that they have been reported by more than 30 employees to MPFA, the HK authority for related problems, also with some employee suing them), so a bad reputation to watch out for. I also heard a rumor that they will give really bad reference to your future employer if they don't like you. Also heard, unlike them saying it will be a permanent contract, they will chose to dispose you when they run out of project, or force you to go on holiday (and cancel your leave) between/ during project as they like. In my opinion, here is just too much problem about them, i would not recommend.

Pros

- Strong hands-on project exposure with well-known enterprise clients - Opportunity to work directly with large tech/infrastructure firms and build practical experience quickly - If you land on a good client project, the learning curve can be excellent - Can be useful as a stepping stone if you want consulting/client-facing exposure early in your career

Cons

- Job security feels very uncertain as projects can end abruptly, sometimes with very short notice - Bench support/new project allocation can be inconsistent once a client engagement ends - Employees may be expected to find stability elsewhere if no immediate projects are available - Communication around long-term career planning and internal opportunities could be significantly better - Feels high-risk if you rely on it as a long-term stable role

Pros

Very flexible, interesting industry and client exposure

Cons

Inexistant management, you are recruited by the sales team then on your own with the client the rest of the time No processes, HR teams, payroll officers or real back office No benefits, a fake fully remote position for the operation and sales team to avoid paying for an office. They will let you go at the end of your mission by lack of opportunities No bench
