Pros
Open-concept office, lots of unique projects, big responsibilities even for junior staff, fun social events, rarely overtime hours, most of the work is in-house as opposed to on-site, and management is great to get along with.
Cons
Can be hard to drive to downtown Toronto depending on traffic (which seems to be always haha). Managing multiple projects can sometimes get complication; however, Mako's project management software helps.
