I also felt that raising concerns or questioning these policies was discouraged, as there was a fear of losing your job. From what I observed, this had happened to some senior employees as well. The company also appears to have a frequent hire-and-fire cycle, with layoffs occurring regularly each year. Overall, it created an environment that felt stressful and lacked job security.
