      Diversity. Ok to learn. Lateral growth possible same level positions across areas.

      Cons

      Management little support offered from top positions. Several entitled people not easy to work with. Customers demandant and one sided badly done sales negotiations. Not great compensation. Extremely Bureaucratic processes, templates, redundancy, 1990 processes, Company results stay poor Too much workload and micromanagement from HQ Only growth laterally, no promotions or real growth

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
