      Good place to start when out of college

      Cons

      No growth. Profit share is under the standard. Only German management. Do not appreciate their employees or respect them. Management will believe a German before an American. Low raises (based on color of skin/race). Very racist company.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
