      MAHLE has had a strong company performance for many years. Management reinvests in the organization for growth. The company continues to see growth in many markets.

      Cons

      Decisions are slow in coming and slow in implementing. Company allows systems to get in the way of progress which jeopardized employee, supplier and customer relationships.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
