      Very good place to work, People are open and helping nature. It's good if they have own building and maintain clean current Cleanliness is not so much good

      Cons

      High local people domination also everyone talks in Marathi this has to change.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
