- Bangalore digital center was started on the pretext of hiring 10x talent but after hiring they make them do petty work, no recognition to talent and innovation, only people who are thinking of retirement can be happy working here - Highly incompetent leadership and managers fit for doing only data entry jobs - Perception of delivery can change if you do not agree with management and overnight you can become an under performer - Spineless HR team who are nothing but petty clerks of management - Frequent firing policy if you are not agreeing to whatever incompetent management asks you to do - Frequently changing vision and plans , management has no idea what they want to do - All other sort of politics you can think of is seen here
