Pros
Great opportunities to experience different roles and functions throughout the organisation. Overall look after their employees. Overall a good culture. Professional development and cross training encouraged. I would definitely say a great company to work for overall. You will learn a huge amount and for the most part be surrounded by intelligent and helpful colleagues.
Cons
The culture shifted over the 4 years I worked there where (I imagine like most companies) the easiest way to maintain profitability was to cut costs which mean cut staff count. For every 3 people that left the company 2 were not replaced and balance between working hard and being appreciated I felt was lost.
