Pros
They try to follow the Scandinavian culture of kindness and respect at work. So yelling at employees, direspect - anything against company values - is not tolerated. HR takes complaints seriously, and no matter how high up you are, you could lose your job in the event of a value violation. Bonus is over and above your CTC. So your CTC is fixed. Layoffs are the last resort for the company. That's the way things have been. Don't know if the AI age will challenge all that.
