- Leadership really make everyone feel valued, you know how your work contributes to the overall culture and organisation goals - Empowering team to work within - Management always has clear direction and are on the same page, they are also very decisive which makes you feel more secure in your role and provides a clear direction - LOVE they fortnightly/ monthly Teams calls they do with everyone in the company - makes you feel included in company decisions and progress, is a great mid-week break and great to see everyone so happy to be involved. - The Directors are fantastic in how they approach and work things. - LOVE that they encourage you to mentally check out of work at the end of each day and always supporting ways to stop you from mentally bringing work stress home.
Cons
Only con and reason for leaving was change in manager and the new manager was clearly unhappy with me from the start.
