Worst experience - Digital Marketing Manager MADE EASY Employee Review

I joined Made Easy in November 2024, and it has been a truly enriching experience. The work culture here is excellent, with a supportive and collaborative environment. All my colleagues are very friendly and approachable, which makes the workplace positive and motivating. I have also had the opportunity to learn and explore many new technologies, which has greatly contributed to my professional growth. Additionally, the salary is credited on the 7th of every month, which adds to the overall reliability and satisfaction of working here.

The only area that could improve is the HR department, as the processes are a bit slow and sometimes take longer than expected.

The engineering team is fantastic — friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The collaborative environment makes work enjoyable. The company also organizes weekly fun activities, whether it’s indoor games at the office or outdoor sports like box cricket and badminton, which adds a great balance to the work routine. Another big plus is the flexibility — there are no strict office timings as long as you get your work done.

The current office space could be better, though a shift to a new and improved workplace is already planned. Additionally, the five-day work week may feel a bit rigid for those who prefer more flexibility.
