Great opportunities, professionalism and leniency. Very accommodating with my numerous schedule requests. My manager went out of her way to make sure that all of the employees on my project were informed about company events and frequently reaches out to each of us (everyone from the highest level of the staff to the lowest member of the staff) to make sure we are all doing well. The company encourages career growth and provides opportunities to excel in to larger roles. The company is paying for me to achieve a certification that will allow me to be promoted to the next highest role.
